School Strikes Again

Things I've Learned My First Week of Spring Semester
1. I'm going to be very busy
2. I really love being very busy, I get more done
3. No matter how busy I am I will find time to dance
4. We have two live turkeys on our campus. Seriously
5. I love praying with people in the morning. My group is going great
6. There are definetly not enough printers on campus
7. Starting a club is a pain in my a....
8. I drink too much coffee
9. I no longer drink too much Mountain Dew...coffee has taken over
10. I have spontaneously (within the past year or so) become good at meeting people

Things I'm Excited About This Semester
1. Just found out about an campus outreach group that friends at Real Life are starting: WICKED EXCITED!
2. Swing Club (still need a good name people! get on it!)
3. Dance Theatre Workshop: Performances on May 12th & 13th...Come!
4. Transformation Weekend. Please pray I find a sponsor for this. It's a weekend of intense healing goodness (and by goodness I probably mean really hard and painful but good for me).
5. Finding out why we have two live turkeys running around campus.

I would give you my schedule, but then all the crazy people wanting to stalk me would have an easier time. Well actually I'm just to lazy to do it right now. I'll probably put it up later...don't want to make the stalkers work to hard. It's a ruff life following someone around, all that hiding, gotta cut them some slack.

I'm finishing up my first week of the semester. I think this is going to be a really fun semester. I have five classes, which is kind of a lot but I'll be ok. I also started a prayer meeting in the morning that is amazing. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday friends came and it was really great. It was just so great to start the day off with an hour of prayer with friends. Tuesday and Thursday no one came so I'm thinking about changing it to a lunch time prayer hour. That would have two pluses: 1) People would possibly come cuz they won't have to get up so early. 2) I would get to sleep in.
David and I finally got details for the swing club worked out. We are having it at 3:00 on Wednesdays, and it's going to be AMAZING! I can't wait to see who comes :) I think we're going to need some leaders (usually guys but girls can lead too). We are having a first meeting next Wednesday to see who is interested and have a beginner's lesson.

Random Story of the Day
We have a really weird guy at our apartment right now who is talking about mopping up his happiness and some how finding a way to mock me. Not sure how that works. Beckie said "I don't know how you can mock Lyzz, she's perfect in every way." Actually his name is John, but he's still weird. :P
